CANCELLATION POLICY

NO CALL-NO SHOW AND CANCELLATIONS Policy: there is a charge of $25.00 for services $50-$100 and $40 to any services higher then $125 for no call no shows and cancellations after the 24 hour period. You cannot rebook with me until the fee has been paid. There is a $15 cancellation fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment? Unless you have texted me other wise thank you! Refund Policy •All sales are FINAL on services. •If you are feeling unsatisfied with the styling process, please speak up before we're half way complete. You may ask to see the work during the process, for comfort. •In the event you don't like your style during the process the appointment may need to be rescheduled, to not interfere with appointments proceeding yours. So again, please communicate. •Once you leave from Hello Gorgeous Salon you're agreeing your style is to your satisfaction. Once you leave there are NO REFUNDS! No exceptions! •If braids slip out or style becomes loose within 7 days after install, please contact me by dm or messages to set up a time to come in to get it fixed free of charge.
